This coffee is shade grown in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. It is grown in high elevations from 1700-1800 meters with plenty of natural rainfall per year. This Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica coffee is a beautiful green color and is a beautiful red cherry while on the tree. It is known for its sweetness and great bold taste. It has just the right amount of body and complexity with hints of floral and walnuts.
